Jiangsu Newamstar�s hot filling system (*-in*1) integrates rinsing, filling and capping, which is designed and researched according to technics requirements of tea and juice and basing on international most advanced aseptic technology. Air conveyor directly connect to bottle in-let newly designed poke wheel which nips the neck of bottle instead of the bottle in-let screw and transport chain, make it easy to change bottle size. S/S grippers are used to convey the bottles in the whole process. Direct connection between the air conveyor and starwheel is adopted as well as whole process neck-holding technology so if the diameters of bottle neck are all same, it doesn't need any change-over parts on bottle size changing, saving a lot time for bottle size changing. UHT directly connects to the filling machine to reduce pollution. The way of material in-let is, the main pipe connect to the separator to avoid the tank cleaning which is always a tough work. Nowadays, more than one hundred hot filling production lines run in China and all over the world.
